Barangay Caravan

Populace cares about public services and how it will be delivered unto them. Public services provide the most common interface between people and the state; people are looking for what the government may give them. Public services need to be delivered with veracity, centered around citizens, and receptive to their needs, particularly the needs of the most susceptible.

One way of upholding greater limpidity and empowering ordinary citizens to weigh the eminence, appropriateness and efficacy of basic amenities, to voice their necessities and preferences and to become involved in innovation offers an opportunity to enable a better use of public funds, and improve service delivery  Mayor Arnie Angelica P. Sampaga, RN, MD instigated the  caravan (PROJECT APS… SERBISYONG HATID SA BARANGAY) as a part of modification as Local Chief Executive of the Municipality of Pamplona. This the caravan aims:

  • To help improve citizen awareness and satisfaction about the services they receive or believe they should be receive by enabling fast and efficient resolutions of relevant citizen submissions.
  • To collect data that will assist the Municipality to identify opportunities for improvement and change, to optimize service and minimize complaint in the future.
